B.G. Sumithkumar is one of the finest young talents in Indian classical music. With impeccable taans and captivating performances, he has enthralled audiences across Karnataka.

Musical Journey

Born into a musically inclined family, Sumithkumar began his journey at the age of 4 under his mother, Mrs. Sudha Ganesh Bhandari. His formal training started in 2005 with Vid. Shivananda Bhat and later under Vid. Shreepad Hegde Somanamane. Currently, he is mentored by Pt. Parameshwar Hegde.
